The staff were helpful.
I was a little disappointed.
When we arrived at the hotel and were checked in to the room, there was a noise. My husband wasn't feeling well, so he tried to rest, but the whole time there were staff working on the noise in the bathroom. Finally 3 hrs later, they changed us to a different room. When I mentioned this there was no compensation other than complimentary champagne glasses (not wine) for us to use. The next morning we were awoken by construction across the street. I thought that they would have at least compensated us by paying for parking ($25 per night). read more

The style and decor was very different, really enjoyed the atmosphere. Location was superb for our theatre visit.
Pool area was closed for the season. Hot tub would have been nice as it was a cold and rainy weekend.

The room we were moved to was very comfortable and clean.
The room were assigned was on a smelly floor, with a small bed (for 2) nd the heat did not work.

Very comfortable, relatively convenient and quieter than other hotels I've stayed at recently.
This was a last minute need and the hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and quietness. I would definitely stay at this hotel again (Hyatt Regency).

Clean, rooms were nicely decorated and well equipped.
When I called concierge and housekeeping to make a simple request, no one answered the phone. And there was no mini fridge (that I could find!).
I would certainly recommend it, and would stay there again, especially with Priceline's great discount prices!

Very beautifully decorated rooms - unique and modern.
The elevators need work.
I loved this hotel. The central location was easy to find, close to entertainment, highways, restaurants etc. Loved having Starbucks on the ground floor. The parking was easy to navigate and the staff was very friendly and courteous.

Location and modern.
Very good choice, if you need a clean place located close to downtown amenities. It appears to be an older building that has been re-done and is very a modern interior.

Location.
Elevators slow - but being upgraded.
Excellent value. Used to be a Good Holiday Inn. Much better as a Hyatt. Greatly upgraded.
