Friendly staff and spacious rooms.
Mattress was uncomfortably hard and linens were not of good quality.
Overall a decent hotel. If they would only get better quality mattresses and bedding.

Smoking room-stunk! Breakfast cold. Poor lighting for make-up.
I was stuck in a smoking room. My suitcase still smells and after two days my coat was still so bad that I had to bring it to the cleaners. I checked out at 7 a.m. So that I could breathe. The lighting in the bathroom was poor for putting on make up. Why don't hotels recognize women travelers?

The hotel had a very friendly and accommodating staff.
The restaurant menu was a little on the high end price wise, but excellent food.
My family and I enjoyed our stay with Double Tree for our family vacation. It is a family friendly hotel with an excellent staff.

Unlike huge factory-like hotels, intimate and warm and convenient.
Food should be taken into consideration.
Old, small, not too elegant, not too busy or animated. In this particular case these are advantages that give the hotel its casual and most personalized nature of service.

I liked that I never have to go back.
Staff was rude. They met none of my needs.
I was forced to have a smoking room which I could not occupy. After spending an hour in the lobby I ended up paying for a room in another hotel. I received no benefit for the money I spent at this establishment. The experience was awful, and a waste of time and money for me.

Hotel shuttle was convenient, and staff was great.
No hot water one morning.
Great staff, nice restaurant. I absolutely loved the complimentary breakfast bar! Made the entire week worthwhile. Thank you so much.

It had many conveniences even more than a 5 star hotel.
My room smelled like cigarette smoke.
This hotel was perfect for our stay. We even had time to dip into the hot tub and swim. Our room was nicely decorated and very clean. We had a wonderful buffet breakfast. It made our stay very pleasant and we had some conveniences that we did not expect. We made coffee in our room instead of driving around looking for it. After breakfast we got coffee to go . This was in preparation for our journey home. Thank you Holiday Inn. We'll be back. read more
