Holiday Inn Orangeburg

I would recommend this hotel to friends and family without hesitation. It was clean, staff was very friendly and overall very nice experience.

The hotel is great, the people who worked there were really good except the manager. There was no micro wave oven in this room. The staff was going to get us one, but the manager refused our request. So, every night and morning, we had to make a journey to the other side of the hotel to use a micro wave, a pain in the butt. We were there for 4 days, and have been going there for several years. First time we've not had an oven in the room. We come up to NY a few times a year and always stay at the Holiday Inn, in Orange burg. Next time, no oven, we'll find another Inn. read more

No issues whatsoever with my stay. However, upon checking in the hotel required that I give them a credit card in case I chose to partake in any incidentals (movies, bar, roomservice, etc). I did not use any extra services, but now find over $190 charged to my credit card from the hotel. After calling the manager, it was explained that $95.36 is charged automatically upon checking in. They said it would be removed from my credit card account, but two days later, the charges remain. In summary, nice hotel, but don't give them your credit card! read more

Good hotel, rooms very clean, recently renovated. Staff very friendly, good location.

I booked the hotel for my son and his wife and I am just informing you of his remarks when I asked him how the hotel was. He was very happy with the entire time he spent at the hotel.
