The location was superb and the facilities were exceptional. The hotel staff is fabulous!
I wish they had a business center with more than one computer.

It was great to have free parking and free internet in the room.
The restaurant was very understaffed and it took a long time to get served.

Very good for business travelers and very close to airport. Room was nice and the fitness center had excellent equipment.

Hotel restaurant was closed for a private party which was very inconvenient.

Good except for the restaurant being closed for a private party when the hotel advertises a restaurant. Room Service phone was continuously busy and they were hard to reach. It took five calls to get a hold of them.

The staff was friendly, nice room.

I wanted to stay close to the airport at this hotel and it was close. The interior and exterior of hotel was very nice/clean, attractive as was the rooms. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I used the shuttle service to the airport which was helpful.

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, pretty pool and hot tub area with palm trees.
Liked everything.

Hotel for business travellers, families, etc. Beautiful lobby area with fountain, restraunt, and bar area. There were five computer terminals in the bar area with comfortable desks to sit and do work. The pool and hot tub area outdoors had palm trees and was very cozy. The executive floor had a free Starbuck's coffee and hot choc machine that was available 24/7. Very comfortable rooms with nice views, room had a micrwave and refrigerator,there were lots of pillows on the King size bed. I was very impressed with my stay. read more

Convenient to Orlando Airport.
AC unit was noisy and woke me several times during the night.

I have stayed in this hotel several times and the stay is usually good. This stay was also nice. The staff was going to assign me a room on the 1st floor, but knowing this hotel from previous stays, the 1st floor rooms are not as nice as the upper floors. I requested an upper floor, non-smoking room and they accommodated me with no problem. The staff was nice and the shuttle driver that picked me up at the airport on Tuesday night was at the pick-up spot and drove me to the hotel in a timely fashion. This enabled me to still eat dinner even though it was after 9:00pm in Florida. read more

I have stayed here several times and it was nice as usual. I must say that I was the most impressed with the shuttle driver from the airport. The hotel staff was very efficient by being at the airport for pick-up when he said he would be there and by getting me to the hotel quickly. This enabled me to still eat dinner (at 9:15 pm) and get prepared for my appointments for the next business day. read more
