Not flexible enough in allowing early (6:30 am) check in when occupancy rate surely was not 100% in this economy.

Close to Orlando International airport, very clean, useful business center (which was being used a lot), nice staff, many restaurants from which to choose nearby (within a 2 mile radius).

The man who checked us in, wasn't very friendly.

Very nice upon entering the hotel, lobby is nice. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke.

The hotel was conveniently located and the lobby and grounds were clean. However, the room smelled stale and had the smell of cigarette smoke, even the towels smelled like stale smoke. There was an air purifier in the room, but it just made noise. The window did not open.

Convenient; close to the airport; availability of many restaurants in close proximity.

Hotel was fine. It's not ideal for a long vacation, but it is clean, staff was friendly, pool/Jacuzzi area was okay. Restaurants were in close proximity to the hotel.

Decent location.
Dusty phone books.

Did not experience everything of hotel because out in the community. Good location to airport & family restaurants. Pool needs to stay open longer (at least on weekends). Overall quite clean. No snack machines, only soda. No game room.
