far from everything if you are visiting the parks

The Hotel has good precentation and friendly staff, rooms are O;K need some up date on furniture, but for a Holyday inn was good enough.

service.
Called before arriving and was told there was no exercise room and there was indeed an exercise room on the property.

Great location. Near airport. restaurants, gas stations, convenience store, rental cars and restaurants nearby. Hotel staff was very professional. Beautiful lobby and facilities.

The bed and bath linens. Pillows, carpet looked newer and clean.
The bathroom, could use updating, air conditioner not the best.

My overall experience was good. 1st night the air didn't work, got immediate attention when reported, but was still loud and not the best.

Main lobby was very attractive.
Bed was not rather hard and not very comfortable.

Overall, the hotel was very good. The general appearance when arriving at the hotel, particularly the lobby and check-in was superb. Check-in was efficient, but I was given a handicap room and was told that was all that was still available. The room was clean, spacious, and in good condition, but I've slept in more comfortable beds. All in all, I would stay here again.

Poor customer service.

This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel and the second time we've been disappointed. The first time our room was covered in ants. This second time our toilet was broken, they were supposed to move us and nobody ever called,
I finally had to go down to the front desk at 9pm to get anything to happen. There were no apologizes nor any effort to make ammends.
