Holiday Inn Orlando International Airport

Hotel is in a very convenient location, less then 3 miles from MCO. Very nice and clean room. Friendly staff.

This hotel was very dirty.

The lady at the front desk was the best I have ever done business with. She was so helpful in our check in and getting our boarding passes for us. The pool area was nice and enjoyable, after being in Orlando a week and finally got some sun. The room was comfortable as were the beds. Our last night in Orlando after 9 days of rain was really very nice.

Close to the airport, nice pool, but when we left something behind and tried to talk to housekeeping staff, it had not been turned in. They called back after checking with the staff who cleaned the room (on the same day) before 2 PM and they did not find it. We flew home directly after and know it was left in that room. Drains were clogged- key card kept deactivating- rooms were tiny-room smelled like vomit the whole weekend- wit staff at bar/lounge was rude and took along time to take our order. Morning buffet was awesome though and the wit staff there was phenomenal.

This hotel was nice. It was more than I expected out of a Holiday Inn. Clean and well maintained throughout. The rooms looked newer and clean. We only slept here as it was the night before our early morning flight. We were up at 4 am and didn't use any facilities. The staff that I came in contact with were extremely friendly and helpful though.

We only stayed one night, but we made use of the pool and there were several restaurants close by to choose from for dinner.

This is a good hotel for business travel, or if you want a quality hotel for site seeing in Orlando, while still remaining budget conscious. We never had to worry about our safety, amenities are nice, and staff are friendly.

Room had kinged needed double bed but pull out sofa was accommodating. The room was supposed to be non smoking and it smelled of smoke badly. The actual hotel was excellent location and had great dining in and around the hotel itself.

The only reason this hotel was rated low on some of the questions was because we were put in a handicap room where the shower facilities were not convenient for someone that is not handicapped and who had a young child. They also just had a king room available so our child had to sleep with us. The room also spelled very musty when we arrived. Our friends who stayed on a different floor the same nights as us had a great room and no complaints. read more
