Beds were too small, doubles only in double rooms.

Very clean, close to airport. Didn't spend enough time to see facility, only overnight. None of us slept well but not due to hotel.

Shuttle to airport very convenient for travelers.
I had my wallet stolen right off the luggage cart.

My wallet was stolen off the luggage cart while we were unloading bags into the room. The whole cart was gone and the hotel was very unhelpful in helping us. They said they would send security to investigate but they never did. Having just come from Disney (Saratoga Springs) I felt Disney would have been more responsive. I was very lucky to be able to board my plane since I did not have my driver's license. I understand that this is not considered a "good" area of Orlando, but one should not be encountering this type of problem in a hotel this upscale. Would never stay there again. read more

Nicely landscaped, pool, hot tub (didn't use either), clean.
Room had 2 dbl beds, would prefer 2 queen beds.

This hotel was better than I expected for a 3 star. The landscaping outside our window was very pretty. Pool and hot tub (with clean towels) there were available but we didn't get a chance to use them. Would stay there again.

Noise travels from lobby to 2nd floor rooms.

Excellent location near Orlando Int'l Airport. Walking distance to several restaurants.

Check in was fast.
Room smelled of smoke so bad unable to breathe with asthma, poor beds shower had numerous amts of hair and looked like blood dripped in different spot.

Close to the airport and free shuttle very nice. Room quality was not a three star hotel.
