Good location, friendly people and I liked the swimming pool and spa.
A little noisy downstairs, especially in the internet room.

Good location, friendly people and very clean room, however the plumbing backed up in the bathroom and it did not get fixed even after we called the staff.

Airport with free Shuttle. Adequate eating facilities. Easy walk to several fast food restaurants.

This is a clean modern hotel, close to the airport. We only stayed overnight and took a cruise the next day so it was excellent for that purpose. They do have a pool and tennis courts if you needed to stay longer. Bar and restaurant were more than adequate we ate dinner and breakfast (hot buffet)They also extended checkout time with no hassle. Good choice for the price.

All public functions located in central atrium. Not spread over long distances.
Too few check-in help in the evening. Had to wait too long to check in.

In general, the hotel was clean and comfortable. Food was good although service was slow in later evening hours. Nice large rooms and comfortable beds. Limited TV service (basic cable). I would stay there again.

The person in the store shop had good knowledge and directions to get around not having to use the toll.
They first put me in a smokers room, but changed it to a non smoking room.

Seemed to be in a good location. They had a party planned for the pool area so I was not able to use the pool. Some of the exercise equipment was not in order. So the features I would have been interested in were not available.
