Family Traveling with Young Children
I would recommend this hotel to all kinds of travelers. Especially good for families with children. Rooms are spacious. Very central and close to restaurants and main attractions yet located on a quiet street.

This is a hidden gem. I have stayed there three times and each time my room is better. The suites are fantastic! It is clean; the staff is friendly, efficient, and professional. It is close to the river, shopping, businesses; restaurants, bars, and a little off the beaten path. I don't want to let too many people know about this place because then I won't be able to get a room there when I visit. ...

Great location and very comfortable. It would have been even better if they had a mini fridge and microwave in the rooms. Still, I would stay here again.

This is a great location to see all the sites in Ottawa. Everything is within walking distance. Once we parked our car we didn't use it again until we left.

Couple
They did not have requested queen deluxe suit and put me in a room with one king bed. There was 4 of us in the room, expecting a one bedroom deluxe suit (which would of fit us perfectly). Instead, some of us had to sleep on a cot and on the floor. We were very disappointed with this.

Business Traveler
Hotel was 3 blocks off Elgin, a popular street with great bars and restaurants. I was offered a very large room with a kitchenette. But found it somewhat unclean.I never ate at the hotel, so I can't comment on the food or restaurant facilities.Overall, not a bad experience.
