Convenient to my work location, friendly staff.
TP dispenser in bathroom was broken, tissues in bath are also manually replaced.

The hotel was alright, it served its purpose, which is what I needed. It was close to work (literally about 5 minutes), and central to a lot of other locations. The parking lot is inconvenient and rather small.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly, helpful, and kind to the kids.
Food was expensive; food quality was OK.

This hotel was pleasant, somewhat plain, and definitely geared toward the business/conference traveler; however, they were able to accommodate our needs (family with young children) and room service was prompt. Wish we'd been able to use the pool, the pool area looked lovely. We selected the hotel because its price was reasonable for the area.

Spacious clean rooms, hotel staff was helpful. We felt very secure, security even walked the parking lot to keep an eye on cars.
