Not too much.
The rooms were very small.

The hotel was not what I expected.

Good location and very good condition for an older Holiday Inn.
I was pleasantly surprised - nothing I didn't like.

The room was fresh and inviting.

The staff was courteous and did not hesitate to assist us. Though the room was across from the elevator it was not unusually noisy. The mini fridge and micro were in great condition. I have absolutely no complaints.

Room had 2 double beds. Would have preferred Queen or King.

Except for the double beds and a slow bathroom drain my stay was pleasant and I really have no complaints.

Great location clean and pleasant.
Bathroom crowded.

Stayed here on vacation, will be staying here again. Staff was pleasant, room was clean. Only draw back was the bathroom, was kind of small.

It was our honeymoon hotel 23 years ago, still great.

Everything was great, loved the remodeled pool area, though miss the indoor/outdoor original look. Buses, Golf land, restaurants, mall are within walking or bus distance. The Valley train system was a huge plus getting to airport or other destinations, it was fun to ride and see things.

Front desk was very friendly, helpful. When we had a problem, front desk responded immediately.
Water pouring from our ceiling at 6 am and maintenance man tearing the ceiling apart and leaving the bathroom dirty so we had to clean it up to use it.

The hotel was great. The stay would've been perfect (but for the lousy pillows) if we hadn't had a leak in the ceiling. Being awakened on our first day of vacation at 6 am to running water, finding it pouring from the bathroom ceiling and having maintenance leaving a mess that we had to clean up in order to use the bathroom was not acceptable. The girl at the front desk when we called and asked for compensation told us she'd get back to us and didn't. read more
