Friendly staff. Problems corrected quickly.
In adequate storage space for clothing, needed hangers and dresser.

I have been here before. The room was comfortable. A bit on the costly side for value given. Hotel location is an easy walk to shopping and waterfront sights. Mid-week rooms were actually quiet.
