Hotel needs major renovation. They worry more about how the casino looks than the comfort of people.

Parking is another major problem with this hotel. You have so many gamblers visiting the casino that there are no near parking spaces for hotel guests.

The view.
No warm water. Terrible service and attitude.

For a hotel franchise, I was shocked that I was shaving and showering with ice cold water. I had no time to inform anyone since this was a business trip and I had an appointment but this should not happen. Also, I sat waiting for a waiter to take my order after 15 minutes of them seeing me and walking right past my table.

When I arrived they had a gift bag ready for us. The treated us like VIP'S. Lots of parking quiet. Nice little casino. Good view of ocean.

Smelled like mold and cigarettes, and it were a non-smoking room!

Pool was beautiful, view was awesome. Lots of bugs! Tons of bites. Our room was small and clean but smelled like smoke and mold. Staff was very helpful.

Great family place, pool, gym and all facilities including casino and bar and rest. All great and convenient. Staff all friendly. Security & felt safe.
Nothing. Only minor construction at entrance.

My overall review, holiday Inn-Ponce was a great family hotel, and place to visit, pool, gym and all facilities including casino and bar and rest. All great. Security in the lobby and parking area made me feel safe. My kids just loved it.

A nice location high above Ponce's waterfront, close to the beach and town but far from the hustle and bustle.
