hallways are somewhat dated

Pleasamt staff, convenient location to waterfront district. Directly accross the street from the civic center. The rooms were very clean and the beds extremely comfortable.

No room service after 11:00.

Great location, very clean and comfortable rooms. Most of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nice business center with free Internet access. Love the complimentary coffee and snacks in the lobby.

Single-cup coffee maker.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Lunch in the lounge was exceptionally good. Airport shuttle punctual and helpful.

Not explaining customer coupons.

We enjoyed our stay. Room was neat. More attention could have been there at breakfast. We had to wait for the check. I did not get complete information on in house coupons for complimentary drink. I did not use. Shuttle service was very prompt. I would come back, & recommend this hotel again.
