Location, staff, service.

If you like to be close to Patong beach this is a great place. Breakfast buffet a bit expensive but has everything and good quality. Rooms are quite comfortable though beds a bit soft for a Holiday Inn. Issues with bills but it all got sorted out. Taxi from hotel too expensive. Pools very nice. Decor nice.

The pool was beautiful and the location.
The beds are horribly hard.

Apart from the beds, which are hard as rocks and hurt my back terribly-and I am 25! But the location is excellent and the restaurants are good. If you are going with your family then it is the perfect hotel in the area. But I cannot fault the hotel for the beach it is on. The hotel really is in an excellent location and has beautiful pools and would be perfect for a family.

Great Service, well maintained and trendy decor. A pleasant surprise.

This hotel is a welcome oasis amongst the crazy atmosphere that is Patong Beach, Phuket. The hotel is a perfect choice for families but is also well suited for visitors without kids in tow. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. Requests are quickly attended to. The hotel is decorated in modern fare and is done very well. Overall, a great choice for this price point.

This hotel was surprisingly nice. It is close to all the hustle and bustle of Patong Beach but while you inside the hotel grounds, you feel like your on a quiet beach resort. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, but rather expensive if it wasn't included in your room rate. A Princess of Thailand stayed at the hotel for two days during our stay. It was neat to have her their and the hotel staff worked extra hard to ensure we were treated well even with all the extra police and security there. If you plan on bringing back a guest, don't. They typically won't allow it. I thought the hotel was great and I would stay there again. read more

Great rooms, pool and location.

Great hotel. Perfect in almost every way. We really liked how close it was to the beach and the markets and everything else you would want to do in the bustling Patong Beach area, but as soon as you are within the resort it has a nice relaxed feel. They clean the nice newly remodeled rooms twice a day, workers are always available to answer your questions, we felt very safe, and enjoyed a wonderful pool area. I would highly recommend this hotel as a central point for everything to do in the Phuket island area. read more
