The room was drafty and cold and one of the receptionist was snotty

The hotel in general was okay, but the room was not okay. If you had the heat on it cooked you out, but without the heat the room was cold due to cold air coming in from the sliding glass door. The lady in the restaurant messed up our ticket and the one receptionist was not real nice. The hotel maids were nice and helpful and the swimming pool was nice. It was a clean hotel. But would have been nicer had there been a refrigerator in the room. read more
