Small fridge & microwave in room.
Getting old, but seems to be well maintained.
Not as modern, attractive, or recently updated as some other alternatives. More of a very nice motel than a hotel. That said, we were very satisfied with the accommodations. Two double beds (comfortable enough), in-room wired internet access, and in-room mini fridge and microwave, which would have made it great for a multi-day stay. Had both an indoor and outdoor pool, but we didn't have time to use either. read more

Raucous bar crowd; fights outside until 4:30 am.
Very disappointed-locals outside at adjoining bar until all hours; fights in parking lot; lound air conditioner. This would not be a hotel or area I would come back too-could not get a great rate-overall quite disappointing!

Nothing.
Breakfast was horrible.
This was not a good hotel.

We were located very close to the indoor pool, which was very convenient.
We could hear voices in the hallway in the middle of the night.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn, Elmira. The rooms were well appointed and clean. The indoor swimming pool was a nice size and the room it was located in felt very large and open. The front desk staff was very helpful with directions to local eateries and shopping.

Very noisy even until mid night because of poor noise isolation.
They should improve noise isolation between rooms, main room and washroom, room and corridor.
They should not leave the toilet flush automatically at mid night (Or it's broken? But 2 rooms have the same problem) which makes loud noise. Bathroom supplies are not enough for one person for one night, even the room is setup for 2 people.

I left early.
The toilet over flowed.
This room has one fold down double. We had to order a trundle. When we asked for it, we were told "I don't think one is available". Thank god it eventually showed up. The room had an outside door that was not sealed correctly. You could see the parking lot lights through the gap it the door and that made it even harder to sleep. The noise was bad, but the cold draft was worse. And did I mention the heat wasn't working? In the morning the toilet overflowed, and that is when we left. Got another room else where. I know riverside has better rooms, but they were full that night. read more

Pretty lobby.
Was not able to check in early after told we could.
It was not exactly up to our expectations but it was overall a good stay.
