Pool was very dirty, bathroom was dirty and old, mold in the hallway, and the hotel was undergoing renovations.

The bathroom was beautiful, with a granite counter and tiled walls.
WE could hear the ariplanes, which woke us early in the morning

The lobby was very attractive, as was the hallway. The carpeting was new and very good quality. We were very pleased with the overall quality of the room. Everything was well done and very nice. The restaurant was pleasant and the food good.

Public areas were worn and need of updating/repair.

The hotel is convenient to airport and highways and to RIT. The room was clean and comfortable. The public areas are in need of renovation.

convenient location near airport. linens were clean, although carpets were sticky. a little worn around the edges

The indoor pool.
The restaurant food quality was barely acceptable. The pricing for specials unacceptable.

The help was very kind. I would stay here again but not eat at the hotel.

Bathroom was filthy with hair on everything; drug dealing going on outside our room.

The bathroom was not clean and seemed like the floor was coming apart. Drug dealing on worse going on outside our room.
