Coffee pot pitcher in room was broke.

Room, and staff were nice. In hotel bar and restaurant prices way to expensive. $5 to $6 for beer!

The bathroom was beautiful, with a granite counter and tiled walls.
WE could hear the ariplanes, which woke us early in the morning

The lobby was very attractive, as was the hallway. The carpeting was new and very good quality. We were very pleased with the overall quality of the room. Everything was well done and very nice. The restaurant was pleasant and the food good.

Public areas were worn and need of updating/repair.

The hotel is convenient to airport and highways and to RIT. The room was clean and comfortable. The public areas are in need of renovation.

The bathroom was not clean and seemed like the floor was coming apart. Drug dealing on worse going on outside our room.

Spacious rooms, extremely comfortable beds and
nice workout room.
Our hallway smelled of stale cigarette smoke, no free breakfast.

Overall our stay was great. We absolutely loved the comfort of the beds. Those beds swallowed us up and we slept very soundly. The room was spacious. I was surprised though that there wasn't a free breakfast like most hotel chains. A very nice stay!

I can't.
One of the two beds in the room had no sheets.

When we called the front desk to tell them one of the beds in our room had no sheets, the attitude was less than helpful. Sheets were sent to our room via the shuttle bus driver and we were told we would have to put the sheets on the bed ourselves. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
