location, comfortable, patio outside room area, spacious and clean.
Not enough info travel brochures and no continental breakfast.

Overall, hotel was great. We have stayed here before. Definitely need a lot more brochures for tourists.

We had outside/exterior room cause ways were filthy.

I felt that the rooms were clean but the main areas around the soda machines were very dirty. We had an exterior entrance with outside stairwells that were badly in need of paint and a good cleaning. The hotel seemed like an old Motel 6 that had been converted to a Holiday Inn. I had at 3 different times a staff person/maintenance person just open my door after a quick" knock. Not even enough time to say come in. Once I was half undressed. The maid call me on the phone at 10:00 A.M. wanting to get into my room even though I had a "Do Not Disturb" sign hung outside my door. The sad thing about this place was that this hotel is in Rochester Minnesota near the Mayo Clinic and I was their for treatment and did not feel well. I did not appreciate being woken up! Nice pool area.
External entrance could see a lot of maintenance.

If you stay in one of the inner rooms (not an external entrance to your room) then this would be a nice hotel. Our room was not one of these which forced us to have to walk past dirty maintenance rooms.

It was close to my meeting.
Felt like 2nd rate guest.

Old holiday inn with dirty carpets, minimal toiletries in room, cheap worn out towels, poor maid service, was not offered continental breakfast because my room rate was not high enough.

Nothing.

Very nice stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone. I really liked that it is pet friendly without a lb. Limit.

The hotel was very clean and in a nice location.
The noise level around the pool was way too loud, plus many adults were drinking by the pool with kids around.

The hotel is pretty in design and in a nice easy to get to location. The pool is too small for the hotel size. The hotel was noisy.

Cheap.
Beds were terrible.

Worth the money but my bed was terrible. Unstable mattress and it sloped down toward the head.

It was easy to get to. Room was nice. Pool was warm!
Pool was across parking lot, did not give extra pillows/blankets, and ice machine was near exits.

The hotel was nice and in a great location. Parking lot was too. Room was clean and tidy. Pool was warm! Downside, staff not very friendly, did not let us have an extra blanket or pillows, and did not want to let us have the continental breakfast because we booked our room online! But all in all, it was a nice place to sleep.
