I am sorry, but the hotel was terrible.
No parking, no hot water, very old hotel.

How terrible my experience was! I am expecting a full refund based on how terrible the hotel was.

Heat/air did not work - tub did not drain hotel is old and needs work.

Location to daughter's college.
Dirty room, noisy hallways, and uncomfortable beds.

Room was somewhat dirty; bed was very uncomfortable; room next door was loud until 4:30 am when someone from hotel told them to quiet down.

Flexible staff.
Cramped rooms.

This hotel was more than what I expected from a Holiday Inn. The hotel staff allowed me to check in early and check out late to accommodate my schedule. I did think that the room could have done with less unnecessary furniture.
