I am sorry, but the hotel was terrible.
No parking, no hot water, very old hotel.

How terrible my experience was! I am expecting a full refund based on how terrible the hotel was.

Flexible staff.
Cramped rooms.

This hotel was more than what I expected from a Holiday Inn. The hotel staff allowed me to check in early and check out late to accommodate my schedule. I did think that the room could have done with less unnecessary furniture.

Nice layout, clean, and comfortable. A little older, but this only added to the charm.

Charming, older hotel in historic Rock Island area. Excellent, friendly staff, comfortable, quiet rooms and very good pool and fitness facilities. Restaurant could be better.

Fabulous location.
Room was cozy.

Very friendly staff, rooms are small but very clean. Great renovation of and old building. Slept with windows open, nice river breeze through room, background of city and river noises. Could have done without the train, but suppose that's to be expected downtown in a river port city.

Walking distance a lot of location restaurants, clubs and attractions!
The locker room facilities in the pool area/workout area need to be renovated/updated.

This was a great hotel. Local restaurants and clubs were a lot of fun and in walking distance. The entire hotel staff was a delight! They offer shuttle service to attractions around the area which was an excellent accommodation! I would recommend this hotel if you're visiting the Quad cities!

Basketball team on same floor out in hallway into ealry morning.

The staff was very nice to the girls and myself. I was not fond of the basketball team that was on same floor as our room. The players were out in the hall very late. The hotel staff talked with them and back out in the hallway again.

Extremely loud!

Hotel was occupied by numerous loud partiers on Friday and Saturday nights. Room doors slammed all night long. People yelled up and down the hallways. Lodgers in the next room blared rap music. In addition, this Holiday Inn definitely needs a total renovation. Wall paper was peeling off the walls, television sets were 20 years old without much channel selection. Everything in the rooms just looked old. read more
