Not much, but a nice staff.
Very old and needs updated. Cold water shower, and the pool was horrible.

Needs to be updated and is a downtown location with a lot of empty buildings that are being renovated.

Location.

It was a very nice hotel but there wasn't anything around the hotel. Downtown area pretty much only only had bars - everything else closed down. Great workout facility

Beds.
Heating and AC - Heat was too hot; AC was the 2 deg cold air from window; no in-between.

Comfortable. Nice, large community area to play a board game, watch TV or sit by a fire. Pool is large and maintained. Trying to control room temp was impossible - the room was hot and trying to cool had to open window to outside 2 deg weather and was cold; there was no in between or consistent temperature. Made difficult to sleep.

It was clean and convenient.
Water damage behind the wallpaper near window.

This hotel was comfortable and clean. The people at the desk were accommodating to the point where they arranged for friends we were traveling with to have an adjoining room. The hotel was convenient for my purposes.

The service was excellent and the staff was very accommodating.
Our coffee pot had not been emptied from the previous occupants.

The staff was very accommodating and courteous. Our room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.
