The location of this hotel is convenient and the large pool is nice.
The restaurant had good food but the wait staff lacked any personality and seemed to wish we weren't there.
Good location and a nice pool are the best features. Rooms are ordinary, small and due for some remodeling. Hotel is starting to show its age.

The quality of the beds, furniture, and extras like coffee.
The maid did not clean my room one day.
Overall very good hotel. Layout is somewhat awkward, but it is one of the better places to stay in Estes park.

ocation and the pool.
The rooms only had double beds or one king -- not good when traveling with an older child.

The two (2) room we received was of lesser quality than the other rooms which were closer to the office. Our rooms were not as newer as these other rooms.

Easy to find, location was great, restaurant available.
I would recommend the hotel for it's price and the staff was more than helpful. I was surprised pets were allowed, that is a good thing.
