A great price for this hotel. The room was reasonably clean and comfortable. The wireless internet did not work. My smoke alarm battery started beeping at 7:00 AM for 20 minutes or so. Despite having a do not disturb sign on my door, housekeeping knocked on my door twice in the morning, waking me up both times. I reported all of this to the manager.

This hotel was very family friendly and I really loved the Tiki bar area and Hawaiian setting around the pool.
I wasn't wild about the cost of the restaurant, the breakfast was ten dollars a person!

I really liked this hotel. The rooms were very modern and the design very up to date. The hotel was in a great location and close enough to the Chicago land area but still far away where traffic was not bad. I liked the pool area with the waterfalls. The only things I did not like was the high restaurant prices and that they did not have cable but satellite so our channels went out a lot. So if you are spending a lot of time in the hotel room I would not recommend. read more

All good things having a closed closet.

This hotel must have been newly remodeled as it was very up-to-date, modern with very nice accents, clean and friendly.

The rooms were updated. The Holidome was a nice feature.
The walls were thin enough to hear the occupant next door.

The hotel was in the midst of or close to being finished with renovations. Our room was clean and modern with microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, nice TV, and plenty of room. The outside appearance could use some help, but this hotel served our purposes well. There was nothing we noticed during this stay that would prevent us from returning.

Staff was friendly.
Hotel was dirty and definitely not a 3 star hotel.

Staff was friendly and I did feel safe there since I was traveling alone but the room was very poorly lit and dirty and worn out carpets, bathtub stained and drained poorly. Definitely not a 3 star.

Room was dark, no outside windows, towels with holes, plug in drain broken, dirty washcloth left on shower bar, lights all unplugged etc.

This is an old hotel that needs remodeling, not handicap friendly - elevator far from lobby, the rooms are dark as they have no outside windows and the quality of the room for the star level was way below par. Broken equipment, dirty towels left behind or towels with holes. I have stayed at Motel 6 properties that were better.

Nice fridge in room.
Outside room converted to inside is unacceptable as a 3 star - no window access.

Mediocre at best. Converted outside rooms are dreadful.

Staff was outstanding, restaurant great, room was ok, housekeeping don't speak English.
Public areas close at 10pm we were forced out of these areas at 10pm.

Service was outstanding, from the front desk to the maintenance person, restaurant food and service great. Being asked to leave the common areas at 10pm, not customer friendly. Rooms not as clean as would expect from a 4 star, closer to a super 8 level.

I felt that we were treated poorly and had a room on a very noisy lower level of the hotel.
