It was close to everything. A nice place to take a walk.
No microwave/refrigerator.

It was quiet and could update the interior/bathroom.

The A/C was on and the room was cool when arriving.
Too close to the interstate & club music was too loud.

Staff was friendly and helpful but when I went to check out early Sunday morning, I couldn't find anyone in the office or lobby. I had to walk out back by the pool to find them out smoking to get checked out. Bed was hard, pillows were soft, A/C worked good kept room cool. Club music booming all night kept me awake. Parking was good, needed ice machine in my building, had to go down stairs and walk across parking lot. 4 or 5 biker's on their loud Harleys woke me up twice late at night, revving motors and honking horns. Facilities were dated but neat and clean. I would have liked to have had a refrigerator in the room since the weather was 105 degrees outside. Maid service did a good job freshening up while I was out. Towels were fluffy and the people, at the desk, waitress's etc were exceptionally polite and friendly. Price was extremely reasonable, good value, I was quite satisfied and will stay there again, less the loud thumping music and blaring Harley's thank you very much. read more

Loud interstate traffic heard all day and night.~

This is an older Holiday Inn, adequate but nothing special. Unfortunately, it is very close to Interstate 40, and the traffic can be heard all night long.

It is located at an idea spot and in the heart of Russellville.
The kids expected continental breakfast but it was being serve across the street at another hotel.

It's a nice hotel with nice people but management could do more to leave an impression on its guest.
