Bed was comfortable.
Restroom was not clean.

Ok but cleanliness should be paramount.

It was easy to get to off the highway.
2nd floor is Smokey.

The west half of the building is noisy because it is by the freeway. The 2nd floor used to be a smoking floor and, while it no longer is a smoking floor, the smoke is still very much there.

I liked the Jacuzzi.
There was a large hole in the bedspread.

I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn but was disappointed when I found a large hole in the bedspread. I found it a little difficult to find the elevator to the guest rooms. There was a long winding hallway that had to navigate in order to finally reach it. The decor was appealing but the bedding could have been updated. Other than that I found the hotel to be very nice and enjoyed using the Jacuzzi. read more

Old and noisy.

Old and noisy could hear the kids running up and down the hallway on the floor above our room. Staff was not friendly at check in.

Nothing.
The condition of the room, the loudness of the hotel, I couldn't get any sleep

I would not stay here again until the hotel management does some major improvements.

Convenient location, friendly and accommodating front desk staff and free internet in room.
Loud ac unit in room.

Got a room in the front, high up, 5th floor, less noise. Walking distance to eateries like Boston Market, IHOP and Panda Express. There is a restaurant in the motel. Around 5 miles from Arden Way. The room is nicer then the HI's I am thinking off. Was on the 5th floor, on the west side, so gets warm from the afternoon sun till the evening, facing away from the highway, so quieter. The front desk person got us close to the elevator and told us where to park which is close to the elevator. Can hear hallway conversations. My friend received complimentary 3 continental breakfast coupons and free drink at Aces since she is a Priority club HI traveler. The continental breakfast was in the Aces Restaurant: bagels, cold cereal, yogurt, sliced fresh fruit, and tea, coffee and fruit juices. For $7 more, could have the hot entrees. read more
