Pool rm was cold. No free fridge or microwave, charge too much to use.

Convenient to where I was working( Hackensack costco) Why can't hotels get better TV's?

Price, internet, desk, and size of room.
Not good light or decor.

Hard to find but well priced and close to highways. Construction made it less accessible but, if you knew the area well it would not be a problem. GPS sends you to the wrong Holiday Inn when putting in the hotel name.

Failure in internet connection & fixing it; water from bath tub was leaking to floor. By the highway and noisy.

They were replacing their carpets. They gave me a room on the floor they were changing the carpet. If the front desk clerk had told about this, I would try to sleep earlier in my first night. I went to bed at 5:00 am because I had to do some work, I had to wake up at 8:00 because of noise. Their internet service had failed, I had to use the internet, but they could not be able to fix it during my stay. read more

Hotel is old dated with hard single sheet beds.

I would never pay more for this hotel. It is very dated old and in disrepair. The staff is friendly and do the best they can with what they have.

dirty, no ice machine on the 6th floor,very noise hotel

dirty,unprofessional staff,not a 3 star hotel thats for sure , it was a ramada inn 2 star hotel,they change the name to holiday inn no renovations and automatic became a 3 star thats wrong lie to the customer,its not fair for anyone to pay for a 3 star hotel price and end up in this place ,please change the star rating for this place.thank you
