Clean, friendly staff, and location.
Using plastic coffee carafe for tea, not warned pool under construction, no sign age that breakfast not available.

Close to restaurants and big box stores, central to towns we visited.

Everything. The staff is less than friendly. The room was terrible, had no fridge, old tv, terrible bed, cheap towels.

This hotel was very expensive and should not even qualify for a 1 star yet alone a 3 star that it is.

The swimming pool.
The house-keeping was poor and even with the due not disturb sign they kept banging on the door.

The pool was nice, the service was bad.

Great staff.
Quality of hotel is not 3 star. More of a 2 star facility.

The staff was great. From the front desk to the cleaning crew, everyone was friendly and helpful. The location is a great location off the beaten path, yet close to many conveniences. The facility itself is in need of renovation. The rooms are dated and in need of an upgrade. This is not a romantic weekend spot. At best a 1-2 night stay for a business traveler that won't spend much time in the room. read more

It was very close to the Falls, the Zoo as well as Marineland.
It was a bit noisy. Marriage or so and people talking in the corridors but not too late.

Hotel personnel were very nice and willing to answer any question we had and they knew where things were or offered to search for us as for weather or locations of what they did not already know.
