The staff was very friendly and helpful.
There is nothing negative to say!!

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. My 7 and 8 year olds were impressed with the 'rich fancy' lobby. I didn't know what to expect picking a hotel I've never been to, but my expectations were exceeded. Free cookies and milk every night and kids eat free in restaurant, which was very reasonably priced. Room was large and quiet. I couldn't hear any hallway noise or the ice machine that was just on the other side of the wall. read more

Our toddler needed milk before the restaurant opened and the staff was very accommodating.
The accent throw on the end of the bed smelled sour.

Hotel was easily accessible from the expressway. Our late night check in was extremely easy and the room was spacious and comfortable.

I liked the comfort of the hotel beds.
I did not like the layout of the hotel.

This is a family friendly hotel located just outside of the Six Flags/ St. Louis region. Nice pool and lounge area, comfortable beds and friendly staff.

The game room and the pool all in one location.

The hotel was great. And having a little pool not a kiddie one foot of water but a pool for little kids (2 1/2 feet at the most) with a fountain spraying was great. My wife and I could enjoy the hot tub and my child could enjoy the little pool while we watched a few feet away. The location was great for restaurants and activities also.

Pool and game area, staff very nice.
Coffee pot filthy, pillows very uncomfortable, poolside done not mean poolside.

Over all we like the hotel we have been there a few times but I did not like that I paid for a pool-side room but was given a second floor room and was told that was still considered pool-side, I really did not enjoy running up and down stairs all day long for an extra 30+ dollars, I belong to a club already. Secondly the coffee pot was gross I made a pot and had already drunk a cup when I saw a bunch of scum floating in the bottom. Thirdly they need to provide feather pillows for those who do not sleep well or at all on foam pillows. Thank you for listening. read more

My 9 yr old loved the pool.
Maid service was awful the beds were too hard.

The room was not cleaned by the maid by the time we got back from our sightseeing at 8pm. So I called down and the sent someone to come and they asked if all I wanted was towels NO! I want my room clean. The second day we waited outside to give the maid time to clean our room again we were waiting by the pool would be clean and again had to ask the maid if she was going to clean our room since we've been waiting for 3 hrs to get it done it was 4 in the afternoon by the time she did it after we had to ask for it to be done. The beds were far too hard and I had to ask for an extra blanket to see if that would help the mattress of course it didn't so there's my honest opinion. read more

It was off the beaten path and out of the hub tub of things making it quiet and relaxing.
Not a lot of eating choices close by and no continental breakfast available.

The overall stay was relaxing and enjoyable. My children did enjoy the Holiday. The swimming pool was a little small but was well maintained.
