When we need something fix they came fast.

want a king bed and the gave me to fulls.
It was OK if that would have gave me the room that
I wanted but other then that
I loved it and would stay there again.

Staff was very friendly.
It was a little old, needed a little remodeling for a 3 star.
The staff was very friendly. The shuttle van was great, very helpful! The hotel does need a little remodeling but it was a very nice hotel!

Wishing the cleaning service would start earlier in the day.

I liked everything about the room but would not stay here again because it smelled terrible.
Smelled moldy. Turned on heater. Horrible odor from it. Lucky it was October so we opened window.
I wouldn't stay here again only because the smell was overwhelming. If it hadn't been for that 1 thing, I would have very much liked it there.

The evening front desk person was great, he should get a raise.
As I stated, the evening front desk clerk, was great. He made sure we were 100% satisfied at check in. Also, when passing through the lobby he would greet me by my name. Impressive!

I loved the fact that we were able to be taken back and forth from the riverwalk.
Our room had issues with the AC, it was never cold and very humid.
A diamond in the rough. I wasn't happy when we got accepted for the market area; however it turned out to be very quiet and pleasant. The lobby was very inviting with a friendly staff and decor. The rooms were surprisingly well equipped. The nice thing is that the hotel has a full service dining room. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel has everything you need. Great food, wonderful staff, close to the CBD / River Walk. Highly recommend.
