Location was the reason for our choice.
The air condioner was loud and kept us awake.
Every thing was fine except the air conditoner, the front desk may have been a little understaffed.

Location and accessibility of the room.
We were given the most remote room they had. The most extreme distance from the desk, lobby, pool, elevator, ice machine etc.

The room was spacious and clean.
The TV selection was not interesting.
The hotel was very nice for what we needed. The beds were comfortable and the pool was nice but crowded and cold.

Large, clean rooms - restaurant selection of various meals.
The cold water in rooms not cold enough and hot water in rooms not hot enough.
For our needs the hotel was in a great location. Rooms were large. The pool area was private from surrounding area and nicely maintained and landscaped.

The hotel staff was aw some. We had a lot of fun with the staff.
The TV did not work, and we had to call for a coffee pot.
From the time we checked in until we checked out the staff at the hotel was great. They went the extra mile to me sure that our stay was great. The rooms were comfortable, the beds were great and so were the pillows. The staff did everything to make our stay fun and enjoyable.

Loved the balcony -Gr8 bed - beauty rest world class- same as home - slept wonderful.
Needs a more comfortable sitting chair to watch TV. Lounger style.
Hotels with balconies are the best especially for travelers from the north who enjoy the the warmth of the outdoors. This was great without the very high price of Riverwalk.

Location was easy to get to and the parking was easy to access.
The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful but there was none to help with luggage. The room air conditioner was very noisy and the shower enclosure had a large crack the allowed water inside the wall. The food at the restaurant was good, but the service was poor and very slow.
