Excellent staff, very clean & quiet. Excellent bedding, convenient location.
Poorly marked entrance, confusing parking (although ample). Also, no free breakfast.
Generally a very nice hotel, upscale lobby & pool, workout room. Several hotel upgrades recently completed (bedding, double pane windows, new AC throughout). On the negative side, there was no clear front entrance to the hotel, and therefore figured out where to park upon arrival was confusing. Access to hotel from the feeder road was poorly marked.

You had to drive all the way around the hotel to get to the logical entry point.
Good section of town. Very convenient to the airport. Nice facility with friendly and helpful staff.

Convenient parking, clean rooms, cleans public areas.
Difficult access from highway, maybe due to construction.
I was pleased with the room and service. There were a lot of teenagers in the hotel but they weren't disruptive. We did not use the restaurant facilities. The construction on loop 410 made access to the hotel difficult.

Quiet and clean.
Hard to find at first.
Good, clean, but not close enough to Santa Rosa where we have a grandchild for surgery.

The desk personnel were extremely friendly and helpful.
The street accessing the hotel was under construction and a nightmare with traffic.
Down comforters and pillows was a nice surprise.

Location.
Coffee shop under construction.
Bathroom was not clean, dirty floor, remaining from throw-ups, kind of smelly, much ugly black hair behind the bathroom door, cobwebs under the table and under the chair.

Clean.
Overpriced.
This hotel was okay. There was a dog show going on, and there were some barking dogs in some rooms. I was given a room number but when I got to the room it was already occupied.

The bedding was marvelous.
Construction at street entrance & parking lot.
Very nice hotel with the most comfortable bed I have had in a hotel of this price range. the mattress, pillows and sheets were comparable to a 5star hotel. very satisfied.

A bit noisy outside, because of airport.
