Beautiful room with balcony overlooking River Walk.
Had to walk by conference room to go to pool / spa.

An excellent experience overall. Room was nicely decorated and very clean. Bed was very soft and comfortable. Free wireless internet.

The staff was very accomodating.

I thought the hotel was excellent for the price. Everything was very well maintained, the staff was very accommodating and it was within just a few steps of the main attractions on the Riverwalk but far enough away to not be bothered by the late night revelers.

Nice location next to River walk.
The carpet was filthy, bed was off frame, and parking was $16 per day.

The parking garage is not connected to the hotel elevators. You must first go to the lobby and take another elevator to the room. The room appeared very nice. It had flat screen TV, balcony over River walk, but no refrigerator or microwave. The carpet looked clean until you walked on it in bare feet. It felt wet and the bottom of my feet were black.

The water was good and hot. The windows were large.
The bed cover did not feel good on the skin. The light switch to the room was not in site.

Filthy bathroom floor, dripping A/C in hall, musty smell in hallway.

The hotel had great service and a wonderful breakfast cafe with great service overlooking the River Walk. The only thing that took away from this hotel was the leaky A/C system that dripped water, making it smell musty in some areas. Our room was great except for the very dirty bathroom floor. Otherwise a good value for the money.
