The view from the balcony was great.
Our room was not cleaned one day and the help was always very loud in the hall when talking, no matter the time.

Over all it met our needs and I would stay here again. One morning a conference registration occurred at the entrance of the pool, that was poor planning. It had good access to the Riverwalk. The front desk people were always very friendly and helpful.

The entire staff from laundry to valet to management were awesome!
Nothing to complain about at all.

Highly recommend this hotel for all travelers and the location is excellent.

I liked its cheery entrance and easily available coffee and snacks at the entrance.
The rooms are small and space for additional suitcases was limited.

We woke up to a flooded bathroom, entry, and closet at 6:30am and everything that was on the floor was soaked and had to be evacuated and dried to the deck area. We, of course, were asked to move to another room which was very inconvenient since we had hoped to finally sleep in a bit, and then had family brunch to attend and plans for the day. They told us that had we booked directly with the holiday inn they would have given us a "free stay," but because it was booked through a 3rd party, it was not possible to do anything to adjust the room rate. read more

The quality for the price was excellent.
The parking garage system.

The price we paid for this hotel was excellent, its location on the River walk was very convenient and the coffee shop in the reception was very useful.
