Front desk staff was outstanding in recommending San Antonio attractions and directions.
Housekeeping staff was unacceptable. They did not make up the room until after 6:00 pm each day even after they promised to do so in early afternoon.

Thoroughly enjoyed stay at Holiday Inn Riverwalk with the exception of the housekeeping staff.

Our no smoking room reeked of smoke and had an ashtray.

Charges for self parking charges were not readily available on hotel web site. Down pillows were never delivered though promised.

Located within walking distance of all major shopping and tourist attractions. Don't rent a car to get from the airport. You won't need one. Hotel has very comfortable rooms which are maintained in brand new condition.
