The pool was good size and was very warm. This felt great on a cool evening.
Our electronic door key/card did not work very well. The light would be green but door wouldn't open.

Great location for UCSB. Easy to get to. Nice size, warm pool. Outside fire pit and bar were fun. Restaurant was fine for breakfast. Only complaint was that our hotel door would not open very easily.

Gave us a smoking room but did change it.

Hotel was fine for what we needed. We had a room facing the parking lot and it was a little noisy.

Very clean, spacious room. Had a roll a way bed and could have even gotten a microwave, if I would have known it was available.
Took a little too long to get the roll a way. We were tired and waited over an hour to have it delivered.

I would recommend this hotel for someone who doesn't want to spend a lot of money, but get a good value. I didn't use the pool but it was heated and wish I had my bathing suit. location was good, room was clean and the staff was pleasant.

The room was clean and convenient to shopping.
The air-conditioning made a racket, and the Internet was not working that night.

It is fine, but the air-conditioning was noisy and kept turning on and off and waking us up. The internet didn't work, which was very annoying.

No complaints for hotel.

Only stayed one night for visit to UCSB, staff was helpful - had map to UCSB, free wireless internet that was easy to connect to; bed and linens were nice; would stay there again.
