Friendly staff; room was clean and quiet, close parking.
Being closer to the plaza would have been a benefit.

Nice place, has WiFi; would have liked a complimentary breakfast since bagel store in nearby shop was not open at 6:30 am when I left hotel, but hotel was close to Starbucks.

Outside littered with cigarette butts.

The location was good. The lighting was very dim in the bathroom areas and the fan in the bathroom was so noisy. The room was on the ground floor with the window/patio door right outside the front entrance to the lobby. Noisy with car doors shutting and people coming/going. The
TV had only a few channels.

It was a clean and nice hotel, food, etc. nearby, quiet in spite of a very busy road.

The room was spacious and had a fridge and microwave.
The swimming pool was not in service and the receptionist at check in was not friendly.

It was a great hotel for the value. However, at arrival the pool was not in service.
