Clean, well kept, good location, reasonable rates.
Front desk staff not helpful.

Great place to stay, easy freeway access to local area, beautiful facility, clean and spacious rooms, nice pool and spa.

They tried to put me on the floor that was being remodeled.

There was no notification that the pool was unavailable due to remodeling. I could have chosen a variety of hotels much closer to my location, but chose this one because of the heated pool. I was hoping to swim a little bit so my trip would not be all business and sleep. The hotel was undergoing a lot of remodeling. The staff originally gave me a room on the 1st floor, but the walls were unpainted drywall (in the hallway) and the hallway was full of furniture from the rooms. I asked to be put in a room higher up and they did so without any problems. During my stay, I noticed that they finished painting, but they were using drills and other tools on the first floor still. If I had stayed on that floor, it would have been very noisy and unpleasant. The hotel would have been fine if not for the remodeling. read more
