Very clean and comfortable. Great location too. They were all very kind to us as well.
Great friendly staff, comfortable beds, walking dist. To beach and Santa Monica pedestrian only mall. Would live to stay again.

Its location to the beach, shops, freeway. Service was good. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable.
Limited parking spaces to park my rental car.
The hotel staff was friendly and courteous. The room was average but comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was quiet. The 2 locations for hotel parking were small and difficult to maneuver. If one garage was full, it was difficult to get out of the garage to get to the other garage. Very limited parking spaces for hotel guests. Getting to the hotel was easy.

Old hotel, poor layout outrageous parking cost.
Overall very clean although you still had the feel that it was old. We had no idea our room would actually be right next to the freeway. It was hard to sleep. Tear down your hotel and build a new one, I felt I was in a motel.

Location was amazing and the staff was wonderful!
The resteraunt.
I was extremely pleased with the location of our hotel and the gorgeous view that came with it. The room was in great condition, lovely and spacious. We didn't even get a chance to check out the pool, but heard that it is wonderful. Found a fantastic Italian restaurant across the street. We were 100% pleased!

Great Location to lots of attractions.
Lots of homeless people by McDonald's and Pier.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Newly renovated, they did a great job. Would highly recommend! Very clean.
