Terrible TV in the room. Still an old fashioned tube TV.

We almost always wind up staying here when we come to visit family for the holidays. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The biggest draw, however, is the location. All the other hotels at this star level are not located right in town. Staying here we can just walk everywhere instead of driving.

Great location - walking distance to downtown Saratoga Springs.
Small rooms with very small bathrooms; parking can be tough.

Liked the free wireless internet service - really disappointed.

Location was good.
Parking was terrible,room service did not restock supplies for second night, pool was very uninviting.

The hotel was OK. Parking lot was full every time we tried to park even though the hotel was not busy which lead me to believe the lot was used for downtown goers.
