Location
Terrible TV in the room. Still an old fashioned tube TV.

We almost always wind up staying here when we come to visit family for the holidays. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The biggest draw, however, is the location. All the other hotels at this star level are not located right in town. Staying here we can just walk everywhere instead of driving.

Location was good.
Parking was terrible,room service did not restock supplies for second night, pool was very uninviting.

The hotel was OK. Parking lot was full every time we tried to park even though the hotel was not busy which lead me to believe the lot was used for downtown goers.

Smoking room, no movies, rude staff.

When I showed up they wanted to give me and my girlfriend a non smoking with twin beds, the only other option was a smoking king which I took. No in room movies (odd for a chain hotel).

Thin walls and you could hear noise in hallway.

The hotel was clean and convenient to Saratoga Springs - my stay met my expectations.

Bathroom was incredibly too small, limited counter space, pets should not be allowed to be loose in hotel; they were loud running up and down hallway.

Odd layout. Only elevator was off an unattended corridor. Anyone could come in without going past front desk, potentially unsafe situation.

It was a nice find after a long travel through the back-woods of up state NY.
Nothing I didn't like.

It was a lovely hotel. Staff was very friendly, room had all amenities, and there was even a very prompt and friendly shuttle bus service from the hotel to anywhere in the town!
