It was close to the airport.
Prices in the restaurant have gone up a lot.

Nothing.
Not clean.
This hotel was definitely not rated with the proper stars. It was very dirty and I would never want to stay in this hotel again. It was not just the room that was not clean, it was the lobby, hallways, etc.

The restaurant & bar.
The room was pretty shabby.
We have stayed at this hotel several times. Next time we will try a different one. Our room really looked worn and not that clean.

Clean and nice friendly staff.
Ice cold pool- room keys never worked and we had to pay to park.
It was fine but the pool did not have any heat. I would have liked a free continental breakfast instead of an expensive buffet. I was charged an extra $50.on my Visa upon checkout because of a mistake that the waiter made the night before when I paid cash.

Nice rooms, comfy beds and pillows. Great downtown location. Convenient to freeways and downtown activities.
Pool is very small although it has a great view of the city. Breakfast buffet overpriced. No free internet in rooms.
Great location. Clean and newly remodeled. Within blocks of all the downtown Seattle activities. Not a lot for kids to do at the actual hotel but no big deal. Great top floor bar/restaurant with spectacular views of sunsets and downtown.

Location and lobby very good / nice.
No way is it a three star which is the same as the Hilton down the road from it?
It was actually fine but does not seem to be a three star compared to another three star which is the Hilton close by or the Double tree close by. I love Priceline, just was disappointed that I got the Holiday Inn but it was OK all and all.

Good food at the restaurant.
Malfunctioning air conditioning in room, running water in room's toilet, old fuzzy television, broken vending machines, excessive cost to park.
This hotel is straight out of the 70's. The food in the restaurant was excellent. However, the air conditioning in room was malfunctioning, the water in the toilet ran, the television was old and the picture was fuzzy, the vending machines on my floor, the floor below me and the floor above me were broken, and it cost $12 to park the car even though I was a guest at the hotel.

The fitness center was excellent. I didn't use the pool but it also was excellent.
Hot room when I arrived.
I didn't like being surprised with a $15/charge for parking.
