The one clerk at the front desk was overwhelmed with guests at check-in and check-out. It was very frustrating to stand in line for over 30 minutes at midnight while van loads of people were deliver from the airport. I'm sure the people behind me waited even longer. The clerk was very good, but she needed help.

Restaurant & bar closed at 11 - we didn't arrive.

OK for a night when leaving from the airport early. Clean and OK for comfort - but that is it.

Cleanliness, convenience and fit my expectations of an upscale hotel.
Parking fee is less than desirable, but it was a fair fee to charge.

Holiday Inn
Seatac is very accommodating of the business traveler, in its proximity to the airport and the value for the money thanks to Priceline.

Dirty room, and uncomfortable bed / pillow.

Bathtub was filthy, wished I had shower shoes. It was also broken and clogged. If I wasn't so tired, I may have left the hotel and gone elsewhere. Would not stay.

Room and bathroom were very clean. Free printing in the computer room.
Internet was very slow in the computer room so difficult to complete online check-in.

The room was neat and clean. Good for a quick stopover or day's stay to be near the airport. There was a delay in getting a cart for us and other guests to transport luggage so in the end we had to carry our own luggage up to the room.

Rug in room had small bits of paper scattered around on it also looked worn.

Good location. Reliable and friendly shuttle service. Comfortable bed and room. Front desk staff friendly and efficient. Restaurant food is OK, but wait staff gets a thumbs down. We were the only customers but had to ask 3 times before they refilled empty water glasses. Lots of cleaning up activities while we were trying to enjoy our meal. Chose not to eat breakfast there because of poor service. read more
