Holiday Inn Seattle Renton

Overall comfortable hotel and friendly staff. I think they may be part of a homeless shelter program because there were some very interesting people next door. They stayed up all night yelling and screaming at each other.

Smelled like smokers had stayed there and was being renovated, pool closed but the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Friendly service, but ask specific questions. Renovations were being made in the lobby area, as well as some of the rooms, but every effort was made so that guests were inconvenienced as little as possible. There was an open-air pool, laundry appliances, available to guests, and internet access. We would stay here again!

Hallway needed some upgrading.

Older hotel but clean and quiet. Walmart across street, friendly staff on site restaurant.

I requested a non-smoking room. When I arrived they put me in a room they said was non-smoking for a month. The smell of the room and the hallway was still very smoky. When I asked for another room, they said they did not have one. It was only after I said I was leaving that suddenly a room became available. Also both time I was given keys to the rooms, they did not work and I had to go back to the lobby to get new keys. It took 4 trips to the lobby to check in. read more
