Rooms were clean.
Staff at restaurant was great but food was terrible.
Rooms were clean. Staff attitude varied. Restaurant food was terrible. Would stay again but not at usual price.

It was reasonably priced and convenient for Downtown Atlanta.
The pool was at the end of the parking lot, surrounded by a concrete wall. A few trees and plants in the lot would make a big difference.

The service, cleaness and quiteness.
The design of the rooms, it needs a face lift.
Decent location, clean rooms/bathroom, nice staff. Needs a decor face lift.

Convenience to zoo and aquarium.
Air conditioner in room was extremely noisy.
Check in staff was rude. Room service was nice, quick, but nobody picked up dishes left outside room on Friday night, I finally moved to elevator area on Sunday am. Restaurant at hotel was actually very good, menu was limited, but wait staff was very friendly.

Great location.
You shouldn't have to pay $18 to park at a hotel your staying at.
The room was great, front desk was great, but house keeping kept knocking on our door as early as 2 hours before check out time. We were trying to sleep and found that very rude. Also $18 to park at a hotel you are staying at is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. I won't be back just because of that.

I am unsure about what I would say about it.
Location.
I was very disappointed specially with the location and that I did not have breakfast included specially because it was more expensive than the others hotels I have been in the past.

The shuttle was wonderful! We were in town for the football game and that was a very nice feature!
The gift shop was way over priced. Didn't realize that there was a drink machine on the 2nd floor where the same drink was considerably cheaper.
Overall our stay was great! We found the hotel very comfortable and accommodating.
