Nothing.
Filthy and
unsafe.
Don't try to get a 2.5-star hotel near the Memphis airport.
This is in no way a 2.5-star hotel.

Location - the only good thing.
Rooms were absolutely horrible.
Do not stay at this place, rooms are horrible, there's no ramp to carry bags to the lobby, registration took over 20 minutes, staff was rude. Overall, the infrastructure is terrible.

Was very near the airport/highway for access.
I did not like the smell, moldy wallpaper, tile, tub, saggy bed, rude employees, loud music inside the atrium, could go on.
In short, a disaster. I would rather have slept in a car, but seeing as at least one car window was smashed out the night we stayed, I wouldn't even do that! Suffice to say that the hotel was in a rough neighborhood. All rooms faced an interior atrium where the DJ played thump in' music until late for the Taylor-Jenkins wedding. And then, the high-pitched sawing noise from the construction on the hotel facade outside our window woke us up early - not that I really was asleep. The beds were extremely saggy like an air mattress, the employees refused to move us rooms or give a refund, the bathroom wallpaper was actually yellowing and peeling, the tile grout was black, carpet stained, etc. read more

Worst hotel experience in recent years.
If you're looking for nice accommodations, good staff and a clean overall environment avoid this place.

The staff was helpful for the most part.
The room was nasty, the food was not worth the price, How can you mess up a Cobb salad? Ants, ants and more ants!
The room was nasty, shower moldy, carpet torn and nasty, the $ 19.00 cobb salad was pleasing to the ants, but not me. The drapes were falling down and could not be closed all the way, not too very comforting for four women traveling alone and in a very bad part of town.

Bed linen.
Carpet was wet, no hot water.
The room was okay, not what I am use to. There was no hot water and the carpet and chairs were wet (like they had just been cleaned).

Spacious room, and the lobby was inviting.
The hotel stunk, the tub was molded, awful side of neighborhood.
If you stay in Memphis and want to stay by the airport. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to the next exit with Drury ends, Cracker Barrel, Target, Texas Road House, it looked a whole lot nicer and safer!
