The hotel staff were very helpful.
The elevator to the garage area was always busy.

The hotel was all I expected it to be. My stay was very short, but I found the staff to be super friendly and helpful. The hotel was very convenient to all the downtown area attractions.

I really liked the warmth of the room. I loved the carpet!
It got loud. I stayed on a Friday night. I could hear people in the hall and on the street.

The location of the hotel was a bonus. The hotel manager was extremely courteous and helpful as were the other members of the staff.

The hotel is in an excellent location for those who wish to explore the downtown locations of Memphis. We found the hotel staff was very helpful especially the hotel manager who took time to chat with us.

The downtown location was great!
Elevators were a little scary; had to pay to park there.

Overall, this hotel was good. The elevators seemed a little old, and nobody touched the pool while we were there. They also charged $10 a day to park at the hotel.

The location is great!
We did not have any hot water, hotel was sold-out and night manager was very rude! Checked out!

We were suppose to stay two nights in this hotel. I will say the day shift personnel for this hotel was very polite and very helpful as we were traveling with sick children. However as the evening rolled around we did not have any hot water in our room. The hotel was sold out ( I do believe because we were not even given the opportunity to shower in another room) They came up 3 time and were unable to fix the problem and we were told it could not be fixed till after our stay. The Manager was extremely rude and went so far as to talk about my husband and myself after we chose to check out of the hotel at 12:30 AM. Little did he know that our teenage children were standing a few feet away and heard every word he said. read more
