Stuff was broken they fixed immediatly
no parking

The staff were the best that I have ever encountered and they made sure that our EVERY
need was attended. The room was GREAT a little crowded but we had a view of the peabody and could hear all of the music and celebration going on it was great!

The hotel staff were very helpful.
The elevator to the garage area was always busy.

The hotel was all I expected it to be. My stay was very short, but I found the staff to be super friendly and helpful. The hotel was very convenient to all the downtown area attractions.

The location of the hotel was a bonus. The hotel manager was extremely courteous and helpful as were the other members of the staff.

The hotel is in an excellent location for those who wish to explore the downtown locations of Memphis. We found the hotel staff was very helpful especially the hotel manager who took time to chat with us.
