Wonderful breakfast buffet in the restaurant, with kids eat free policy!
Very long walk from hotel lobby to our room. This place is enormous.
Choice of pillows. You order them from a menu if you don't prefer the ones already on the beds. Very clean. Nice Bath and Body works products in the bathroom.

Could check in early - very helpful to get shower on my way to giving a talk.
There was nothing to complain about.
Clean, friendly and pleasant - much nicer than a Motel 6 or other cheap hotels.

The hotel staff was nice, the front desk was able to give me directions while we were on the highway; these were very helpful. This is an older, but refurbished hotel. The room was clean, and comfortable. There was no extraneous noise to keep us from getting a good night's sleep. Overall a good experience, and the price was right.

Helpful staff, clean hotel.
Location.
The room that I initially checked into had an unpleasant odor to the room, when I reported this to the front desk manager he immediately got me set up in another room. I thought they were very helpful and courteous in their response. The staff overall was very friendly. My stay was great.

Convenient location.
Needs updating and carpet cleaning.
The hotel is in a very convenient location at the intersection of 2 major Interstates. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was clean. I couldn't help but notice an odor in the elevator and hallways, like they had not been cleaned in a long time. The staff was friendly though, and I would stay again if I had business in the area.

Pretty Good - not bad for the price I paid.
Location is not that great.
It is not good enough to be a 3 star hotel - probably 2.5 star rating is perfect. Main Lobby, Hall ways appear to be dark and gloomy... they should consider letting more natural light in ... more windows or sky lights or something . Rooms are very good ... service is very very nice.
